Flight Operations

It is also important to know that when operating a drone or UAV in a flight operations that may include the Remote Pilot (you or another remote pilot operating the controls) a person who can also keep an eye on the drone who is a visual observer. Whatever the reason for your flight operation it is important to always do a safety assessment to make sure all of the persons involved will be able to operate the drone safely and in doing so keep others safe that may or may not be a part of the flight operation.

Communication With Traffic

Always keep open communication with your flight crew. Make sure you follow a planned and safety check before each flight and that you advise someone where and when you will be flying.

CERTIFICATION & BEYOND
